This property is a beautifully refurbished, two-bedroom holiday home situated in the small seaside town of Wells-Next-The-Sea.

The Hollies are positioned in the centre of Wells-next-the-sea on a leafy Georgian square, just off the main high street. They are a short walk from the harbour and the beach and less than a minute walk from ‘The Globe’, ‘The Edinburgh’ and ‘The Crown Hotel’.

This rental property is one of three fully serviced, self-contained properties including ‘Holly Lodge’ (sleeps six) and ‘Holly House’ (sleeps eight). All three are frequently booked together for larger parties. The gardens are all self-contained and private but can be accessed through gates in the fence. Holly Cottage also boasts a fabulous log burner, the perfect thing for a cosy night in.

Wells-next-the-sea beach was the winner of The Times, British beach of the year award 2016, and has been featured in the film Shakespeare in Love. There are beautiful walks, spectacular views, and delicious local produce, making it the perfect place to get away.
